Winnipeg, Canada Fleet Brake Parts & Service Ltd. Full time

**Parts for Trucks** has been an industry leader providing parts and services to the heavy-duty trucking industry for over 100 years. Operating 30 sales/warehouse outlets and 15 service facilities from coast to coast, **Parts for Trucks** offers a complete range of products and services for all makes of trucks and trailers. We currently have a great opportunity for someone to join a respected team as Branch Manager in our Winnipeg location.

**Details**:

- Manage daily operations of store and warehouse, including sales, customer relations, shipping/receiving and inventory management, safety, and facility maintenance.
- Maintain regular customer communication and resolve customer concerns. Collaborate with Outside Sales as needed to better assess and meet customer needs.
- Manage staff and assign work activities. Coach and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Facilitate and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including sales reporting, cash handling, inventory, and health & safety.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a management or supervisory position is important, and ideally some post-secondary training in a business or technical field.
- Comparable experience in an automotive, industrial, or agricultural parts sales business is desirable. Knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts is helpful but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills are key.
- Intermediate computer knowledge and experience with inventory control software is desirable.

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
