**What You’ll Do**
- **IT Support**:_
- Provide comprehensive IT support to internal teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to address IT-related issues and optimize systems.
- Assist in the integration of new systems and technologies to improve overall efficiency.
- **Communication**:_
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external parties to ensure effective information flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement communication solutions that enhance productivity.
- Manage and maintain communication tools and documents.
- **Product and Service Demonstrations**:_
- Conduct product and service demonstrations for clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Provide training sessions to internal teams on new products, services, and software tools.
- Act as a technical liaison between the development team and end-users, ensuring a clear understanding of product functionalities.
- **IT Maintenance**:_
- Regularly update and maintain the company's software/platform to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement website content updates, including product/service information and announcements.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in website maintenance, IT support, and systems integration.
- Mandarin speaking and understanding will be an asset.
- Familiar with cloud service platform like AWS, Azure.
- Familiar with DevOps operations tools such as configuration management Tools, CI/CD tools and monitoring and logging tools
- Familiar with Javascript, markdowns and IT documentation tools
- Familiar with software technical writing is an asset.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting product and service demonstrations.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in IT.
