We are looking for a driven administrative professional to provide high-caliber, value-added administrative support to the HR Manager. The People and Communications Administrator will be an important member of the Eiffage in Canada team and will contribute to the overall success and mission of the Group.
**Scope**:
Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the People and Communications Administrator will support brand development, employee engagement and company communications, but not limited to the following job responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

Under the direction of the HR Manager, assist with the daily operation of the office.
- Creating and distributing of various Eiffage Communications using Photoshop, Adobe Pro, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint).
- Create and maintain branding materials used for external and internal use.
- Help maintain internal and external development of the brand and ensure consistency across all social media channels.
- In coordination with the Sr. Administrative Assistant, Operations and People and Culture Specialist, actively promote project milestones, project awards, value engineering, project teams, and achievements.
- Preparation of new hire introductions, presentation CVs, business cards, employee recognition awards, etc.
- In conjunction with the People and Culture Specialist create unique marketing campaigns to attract professional and skilled talent.
- Assist with the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Intranet, website, media platforms and news letter.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
- Prepare Purchase Order and cheque requests
- Under the direction of the HR Manager, assist with the planning and executing of special events.
- Coverage for Sr. Admin, Operations as required (vacation, illness, absence).
- Assist with special projects as assigned.

- Demonstrates a professional attitude with a high degree of integrity and diplomacy.
- Self-motivated. Ability to work alone or in a team environment.
- Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Administrative Diploma preferred
- 5 years’ experience in a Communications and Administrative role in a professional environment reporting to a Senior Manager.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint.
- Skills in Photoshop are an asset.
- Excellent visual, oral and written communication skills required.
- Experience working in an environment that requires confidentially and discretion.
- Limited work from home option available (maximum 6 days a month).
