Supervisor for Indian Restaurant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage front-of-house operations, including greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of service and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to support smooth restaurant operations.
- Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring timely service during peak hours.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food handling practices in both front-of-house and kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner to ensure a positive dining experience.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant industry, preferably in an Indian cuisine setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques, with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes from scratch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing front-of-house and kitchen responsibilities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a restaurant setting.
