Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Taking patients’ vitals
- Maintaining exam rooms
- Maintaining fridge, vaccine inventory and other office supplies
- Updating patient charts with a high degree of accuracy
- Communicating messages to patients
- Scanning, faxing and other administrative duties as required
- Coordinating work with other staff and doctors
Skills required:
- Previous experience in a medical office (minimum 2 years)
- Experience in Oscar EMR preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20+ per week

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
