- Serve as the lead point of contact for your sales team for customer account matters
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure customer needs are met according to customer goals and objectives

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Previous experience in management, sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Respectable and professional at all times
- Strong listening, presentation, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with technology and the internet
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt to challenging situations
