**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage work to be performed in the shop.
- Establish system processes to increase efficiency and performance metrics.
- Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their Vehicle/RV.
- Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
- Requesting warranty claim submissions and provided details of the work required.
- Resolving service department's problems and improving service methods to increase the department's productivity and customer service.
- Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
- Being a leader and mentor to the service team.
- Helping to train new employees in company procedures.
- Analyzing and interpreting data.
- Being familiar with financial aspects of business.
- Keeping employees safe from injury.

Qualifications:

- Must have previous service advisor experience (minimum 5 years)
- Must have experience with service department software (work orders, warranty administration, internal)
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
- Strong industry knowledge

**Salary**: $55,000 - $100,000 per year. Compensation will be based on experience and performance.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM
