Job Summary

The Assistant Service Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and overseeing the Service Consultant team at Birchwood Automotive Group. This position is responsible for daily operations, including sales, follow-up, and customer retention, while also driving productivity and continuous improvement goals for Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily operations, including sales, follow-up, and customer retention
  • Oversee the Service Consultant team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Drive productivity and continuous improvement goals for Technicians
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to achieve team objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Consultant
  • Strong technical knowledge and extensive practical experience in vehicle repairs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and transportation to and from work
