Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO and CIO's calendars, appointments, and internal/external schedules
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external contacts
- Coordinate logistics and agendas for meetings, events, and conferences
- Complete and coordinate approval of expense reports and high-value invoices
- Provide occasional overtime or off-hours support when necessary
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Conduct oneself with exceptional tact, judgment, and diplomacy

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in calendar management and travel coordination
- Demonstrated ability to work in a confidential environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
