As an Inbound Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be answering incoming calls that are Customer Service related. Ability to handle large call volumes and adhere to posted schedules.
- This person must be comfortable with technology, be internet savvy and have above average problem-solving skills.
- Previous call centre or relevant experience preferred.
- Must possess a high school diploma and excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)

**Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities will include taking 80-200 calls per day
- Contribute to contact centre objectives on service level and abandoned calls
- Provide proper escalation to management to ensure a positive customer experience
- Learn and utilize all the tools necessary to ensure a quality phone call
- Maintain professional demeanor at all times in support of customer satisfaction
- Provide outbound calling as needed to ensure proper follow-up to customer service calls.
- Maintain open availability for work shifts required to staff for call volumes
- Resolves problems by clarifying the issue; determining the cause of the problem, selecting the best solution to resolve the problem and following up to insure resolution
- Answer incoming customer service calls.
- Help diffuse customer escalations with proper problem solving techniques.
- Handle Customer Service issues and proper escalations to Management.

**Required Position Skills**
- Demonstrated success and proven track record meeting or exceeding quota or set goals
- Ability to effectively take 200+ calls/day when required
- Excellent phone presence and ability to handle difficult situations and customers
- Desire to develop and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Desire to develop and grow in a customer service environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and use of internet
- Possess high-energy, adventuresome, responsive, focused, and caring attributes
- WPM of 30+
- Proven ability to control a situation and create a win-win solution is required
