**What you will do**:
The Product Manager, Spa Liaison, works under the responsibility of the Vice President, Product and Innovation, with the primary mission of facilitating the deployment of the product approach in operations, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.

They establish a strong connection between the corporate team of the Vice Presidency and the spa operations, focusing on the implementation of new projects, adherence to operational standards, and brand integrity. This ensures a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all sites.

The manager also participates in fulfilling the department's mission, which is to shape the future of well-being by aligning the brand’s identity with a process of innovation and continuous improvement. The Product Manager may also be responsible for overseeing a team of 3 people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the development of the product strategy (positioning, targeting, competitive advantages).
- Represent the interests of operational teams in the strategy.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate operational constraints.
- Contribute to the implementation of new projects or experiences in operations.
- Organize and animate training sessions for staff.
- Provide ongoing support to department heads and staff to ensure adherence to product standards.
- Verify the compliance of operations with product standards and brand image.
- Recommend improvements for internal controls and risk management processes.
- Participate in the implementation of best practices and new compliance standards.
- Assist in creating action plans based on quality control results.
- Facilitate communication between spa operations and the Product & Innovation team.
- Actively manage relationships with stakeholders to minimize risks and ensure project support.
- Work with various departments to ensure product compliance and achieve business objectives.
- Interact with clients to gather feedback (surveys, focus groups).
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with brand image and standards.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A combination of education and/or experience in management may be accepted.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of significant experience in hospitality, tourism, or the wellness industry, as well as in stakeholder management and project facilitation.
- Experience in budget management for research and analysis.
- Experience in stakeholder management (project facilitation).
- Experience in managing the product development lifecycle (an asset).
- Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana (an asset)
