Key Account Manager-toronto

**Job purpose**
Grow **Sames** capital equipment and spare parts to the general industry market through distribution and direct sales.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Maintain key relationships with end users to ensure growth & repeat business
- Maintain solid relationships with paint company reps, booth manufacturers - retain and gain new business
- Assist distribution channels so they become experts in selling the advantages & benefits of **Sames** products
- Conduct Demos in house or in the field
- Provide written quotations and a monthly report of current and forecasted business
- Grow medium sized companies into Flatline Users
- Promote the usage of 2K equipment and its advantages
- Visit customer base on a regular basis. Monitor for issues and report immediately to VP Sales
- Initiate joint calls with distributors and target larger accounts with help from VP of Sales
- Work closely with Customer Service to ensure the flow of orders and forecast sales
- React quickly & efficiently to all sales opportunities in region
**Qualifications / Education / Experience**
- Experience with industrial finishing equipment
- Excellent written & verbal English skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Thorough comprehension of the sales process preferred
- Conduct the proper attitude and mannerisms for relationship selling
- Able to successfully interact with all staff and all levels of people
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible
- Be self-motivated and thrive in competitive markets
