We are currently looking for a Logistics Sales Executive to join our team.

**Position Summary**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Prospect, plan, and conduct face-to-face visits with new prospective customers
- Maintain a strong commercial presence in the local marketplace, participating or presenting at regional events
- Generate additional business, exceeding monthly volume and revenue targets while expanding portfolio size
- Drive demand by engaging customers, fostering relationships, and capitalizing on business prospects
- Identify growth potential within accounts, transitioning transactional engagements into committed partnerships
- Stay updated on customer, industry, and market changes to pinpoint growth opportunities
- Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintains a good understanding of client business segment and of solutions proposed by the competition.
- Drive the conversion of sales leads into active customers by establishing strong contacts, fostering relationships, and comprehensively understanding customer needs to achieve the highest possible conversation rate
- Reconnect with dormant customers, fostering relationships and stimulating demand
- Identifies and analyze customer needs and develop solutions adapted to client expectations
- Ensure alignment with branch strategies in forecasting, business planning, and pipeline development
- Consult with several levels of decision-makers and buying influences to understand customers’ business challenges and supply chain goals
- Assist in the development of any SOPs required to manage the customers’ business effectively
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

**Experience**:

- Sales/Business Development in logistics (domestic and cross border services)
- 3-5 years Transportation sales experience
- Warehouse Operation Sales (3-5 years)

**Education and Certifications**:

- Degree in relevant discipline preferred

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process.
- (B2B) Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
- Advanced knowledge of logístical concepts and supply chain terminology, specifically with international freight
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail
