**Position Summary**

The Service Superintendent (SS) is an experienced position on our Customer Care Service Team (CCST). The SS provides proactive supervision of all project site tasks and may be required to perform some of the trade duties to increase productivity and effectiveness where necessary. The SS is required to oversee multiple and concurrent projects, lasting 1 to 5 days; generally speaking. The SS ensures that all work performed on the project site aligns with MARANT’s standard operating procedures and MOL safety regulations. The SS participates in the pre-planning activities, pricing, scheduling, and provides technical expertise on construction techniques, as required. Purchases and delivers materials and equipment required on the project sites as appropriate, and per the approved budget, or as approved by the Head of Service.
