LIEU:
Le BSIF souhaite offrir de la flexibilité à son personnel et créer un milieu de travail productif, stimulant, collaboratif, inclusif et propice au bien-être. À ce titre, il met à l’essai un modèle de travail hybride (combinaison de télétravail et de travail au bureau) qui permettra de définir ses nouvelles normes sur l’utilisation des espaces de travail communs et d’établir de nouveaux modes de collaboration. Ce modèle sera ajusté à la lumière des leçons tirées.

Le bureau d’attache de la personne retenue est à Toronto, mais elle pourrait être autorisée à travailler de l’un des bureaux du BSIF au Canada (Toronto, Ottawa, Montréal ou Vancouver), selon les modalités qui seront convenues avec la direction.

**Tâches**:
La Division du risque opérationnel est à la recherche d’une personne très motivée qui intégrera l’équipe du bureau de Toronto en qualité d’analyste principal ou d’analyste principale. Le ou la titulaire du poste fera partie d’une équipe chargée de l’analyse du risque opérationnel que courent les institutions financières fédérales (IFF) ainsi que de l’évaluation de leurs fonctions de gestion de cette forme de risque. La personne retenue contribuera aussi à la planification, à la définition de la portée et à l’exécution des activités de surveillance, qui consistent notamment à établir des profils de risque, à mener des examens, à exercer des activités de suivi de certaines IFF et à évaluer leurs processus de gestion du risque.

- Posséder une vaste connaissance du secteur financier et de la gestion du risque
- Vouloir mettre à contribution ses connaissances spécialisées pour solidifier le système financier
- Avoir une connaissance solide des risques opérationnels courants et émergents pesant sur le secteur des services financiers
- Être au fait des techniques de mesure et de gestion des risques opérationnels courants et émergents
- Être doué pour le travail en collaboration
- Miser sur son esprit critique afin de prendre des décisions éclairées
