**Job Profile**:
Copywriter Reporting to Director, Marketing Communications & Insights

**CHALLENGES TO BE MET**
- Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.
- Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with team including designers, developers, PR and other professionals on large
- and small-scale projects.
- Conduct high-quality research and interviews to formulate ideas or support writing.
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach and boost SEO traffic to the company website for optimal online visibility.
- Help create customer touchpoints and build out customer relationship activities.
- Learn about, develop and implement creative marketing and communication strategies for target audiences.
- Perform proofreading, editing tasks and revisions to help adhere to a company style guide and brand voice.
- Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content.

- 4-5 years of experience as a copywriter or journalist with expertise in writing compelling and creative copy for the necessary medium and topic.
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation and experience with SEO.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong research skills.
- Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation.
- Collaborative spirit.
- Detail oriented with excellent time-management and organizational skills
- BSc/BA in marketing, English, journalism or related field
- Receptive to feedback.
- Willingness to meet deadlines.
- Listens to diverse perspectives with an empathetic attitude.
- A lifelong learner that is performance driven.
- Recognizes our customers as our most important stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a team setting and serve value.
- Continuously takes initiative and embraces change.

Work Model

We have adopted a hybrid model, leveraging the best of remote and in-person work. This work model however can differ depending on roles and leaders.
