As an Educational Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting classroom teachers in the class
- Prepare program materials (arts and crafts, fine/gross motor activities, academic worksheets etc.)
- Follow our policy (staff handbook, health and safety policy, COVID policy)
- Participate in workshops, professional development opportunities
- Collaborating with IBI/SLP/OT team to provide safe and effective services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Educational Requirements:

- Educational background in related fields are assets (ECE, CYW, Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Behavioural Science or related field)

Additional Requirements:

- MUST have experience working with children with autism (age 4-10)
- CPI and First Aid/CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding in ABA principle
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organization skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
