As an Order Fulfillment Buyer within the Procurement team, you will interact with PSI, Plant Production, Logistics, Category Management, Sourcing, quality assurance, accounts payable, and suppliers to help support production activities and schedules.

This position will be responsible for purchase orders and their contents from the moment they are issued until they are closed out i.e. setting contract terms, maintaining Outline Agreements, order confirmation, maintaining accurate delivery dates in SAP, resolving any payment issues to the supplier, and any other tasks as assigned by the manager

**Main Responsibilities**
- Interface with suppliers to ensure PO is received/acknowledged, schedule received, and ship date is met
- Ensure planned ship date aligns with production needs and, if not, work with supplier to improve delivery
- Analyze reports and make recommendation for new re-orders.
- Answer vendor inquiries.
- Manages Quarterly Price Adjustments and maintain Outline Agreements
- Placing Po’s
- Expediting
- Ensure Master Data is accurate
- Invoice resolution
- Logistic bookings and follow up where required
- Support plants that are assigned

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in an applicable or related field to Business Administration/Sourcing/Procurement/Supply Chain

**Hard Skills**
- 5+ years’ experience in a related field
- Process & Digital Solutions
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
- SAP Knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions to make recommendations.
