**Who Are We Looking For?**
This position requires an ambitious, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, and results-oriented with preferred sales experience and knowledge of the Automotive Industry.
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Knowledge of sales technology
- Outstanding communication qualities
- Proven Sales track record
- Post-secondary Education
- Proficiency with CRM input, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, etc.) and general competency with business technology
- Automotive industry experience (is an asset)
**What Will You Do?**
The incumbent will plan, coordinate, and execute the selling of Lubrico Warranty programs to dealerships following budgeted objectives. The sales representative must serve as a contributing member of the Western Canada sales team while championing Lubrico’s mission and values.
- Generate and follow through on sales leads
- Develop sales performance through new and existing accounts
- Create sales strategies and customized presentations
- Manage client relationships, facilitating dealership needs through exemplary customer service
- Increase penetration and profits, and collaborate on goals
- Interact with Lubrico's head office, sales team, and management to support the sales function
- Assist dealers with growth strategies and solutions
After a product and client-focused training process, this individual will be responsible for prospecting and developing opportunities and closing sales.
