For our Production Plant in Port Colborne, Canada, we are looking for someone to:
Must possess an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional post-secondary education in business, logistics or other related discipline.
Minimum one year of experience in a customer service/order processing/logistics environment preferably within a similar industry.
Current experience working with SAP systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Ability to communicate in a positive and constructive manner with people at all levels.
Natural team player with enthusiasm and excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Flexibility to support working hours, which may be influenced by need to complete the job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Process/review incoming product orders to ensure shipment is fulfilled properly and delivered on time.
2. Coordinate delivery planning with carriers including the booking of transportation and processing customer claims related to shipping.
3. Maintain customer related data using SAP.4. Communicate delivery updates with sales companies and/or customers including the printing and handling of order-related documents such as specifications, confirmations, certificates of analysis, and WHMIS.
5. Prepares required FDA & Customs documents to appropriate government agencies
6. Invoicing and issuing returns, credits and debits
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
