Summary...

Functioning as a member of the Warehouse team; responsible for a variety of administrative duties relative to the Port Coquitlam Warehouse / Shipping.

This is a full time permanent position with hours:
Sunday: 10:30am - 7:12pm.

Monday - Thursday 1:00pm - 8:42pm.

How you will make contributions that matter...- Sorts shipping documents into “pick order” based on daily load-out schedule.- Confirms picked orders to system - adjusts orders based on established process.- Assists with “customer pick-ups” and communication with third party carriers.- Coordinates and tracks trailer arrival/receiving and departure.- Assists in all areas of administration within the Shipping Office.- Flexible to work other shifts (days, graveyards, and afternoons).- Performs other duties as required.

You are best suited for the role if you- Proficient in the use of MS Office suite - Word / Excel / Outlook.- Working knowledge of WMS systems.- Knowledge of shipping, warehousing, and transportation an asset.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Accuracy and attention to detail.- Strong organizational and analytical skills.- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.- Self-motivated; able to perform with mínimal supervision.- Proficiency and dependability in current position.
