**Key responsibilities**:

- Proactively communicate with service customers keeping them informed of scheduling, repair and completion status
- Schedule drop off and pick up times for customers with an emphasis on customer service and repair efficiency
- Accurately transfer customer service needs to the work order by professionally greeting, listening to, and communicating with the customer in a way that builds their comfort and confidence
- Understand and follow the established repair order process through to its satisfactory and timely completion; including effective scheduling
- Effectively keep customers informed and updated on the repair status of their unit
- Verify quality control and arrange for delivery back to the customer
- Accurately estimate and document all charges on the repair order
- Close and finish all repair orders in a timely manner
- Stay current on product information such as recalls, service bulletins and warranty guidelines

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
