Are you ready to lead a dynamic team across multiple disciplines and deliver exceptional work for Grantek's esteemed customers? As our operations Manager, you'll be hands-on throughout the project lifecycle, from sales to execution and management.

- Inspire and lead the team to surpass project goals, including chargeability targets and quality standards.

- Provide active support in proposal development and opportunity pursuit.

- Stay updated on new technologies and emerging business trends, conducting industry research and market analysis.

**Responsabilités**
- Superviser le cycle de vie complet du projet, en appliquant la méthodologie de gestion de projet Grantek pour lancer, planifier, exécuter, surveiller, contrôler et clôturer les projets.
