EBC Inc. has been awarded a new project at Whites Portage Dam in the Township of Georgian Bay, region of Simcoe and Muskoka, and is looking for a Site Clerk to join our Team

As a site clerk, you will perform various administrative tasks including:

- Daily completion of payroll from site time sheets;
- Purchasing of materials and supplies as requested by Site Management;
- Weekly completion of equipment log;
- Handle all administrative responsibilities, as assigned;
- Daily use of computer software including: Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as our Payroll and Purchasing systems;
- Administer and maintain confidential information and records, including employee files;
- Upkeep of site trailer;
- Other duties as required.

Completion of high school; Minimum one year of office experience; Minimum three years of experience using Microsoft Office products at a high level of proficiency; Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Skills and attitudes required Outstanding organizational skills; Ability to effectively manage competing priorities on a daily basis; Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner; A team player who is flexible and exercises good decision making abilities; Able to work within computer networks and structure filing systems for storage and recovery of data when searching; Ability to work accurately and effectively in a time sensitive position; Ability to work with minimum supervision.
