**Your responsibilities**:

- Data Analytics and Insights: Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze pricing da-ta, customer behavior, and market trends. Generate actionable insights to inform pricing deci-sions and optimize product/service pricing structures.
- End-to-End Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive end-to-end pricing strategies, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and business objectives to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Competitive Pricing Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive pricing analysis to identify market trends, benchmark against industry standards, and recommend adjustments to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Prices Policies Models: Develop and implement price optimization models to dynamically adjust pricing based on various factors such as demand, seasonality, and customer segments, ensuring the company maximizes revenue opportunities, ensuring that pricing strategies align with the product's positioning and value proposition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, market-ing, finance, and product management to align pricing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
- Price Negotiation and Contract Management: Support sales teams in negotiating pricing with key clients and partners. Develop and manage pricing contracts, ensuring compliance with com-pany policies and profitability targets.

**Your background**:

- 10 years + of Price Management exposure
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in B2B Type Business Model
- Familiarity with electrical industry is considered an asset
- Successful completion of a Business Degree is considered an asset
- Implementation of pricing software programs
- Demonstrate leadership
- Strong business acumen
- Strategic thinker
- Process improvement oriented
- Analytical evaluator
- Project management experience
- Experience with BI tools
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Fluent in French (spoken and written) considered an asset
- Motivated, self-starter, able to work independently
- Demonstrated change agent
