- Developing and implement selling strategies across Manitoba and Saskatchewan; you will work with your team focusing on driving results. You have electrical distribution knowledge, achievements and working experience over 5 years. You understand the territory upstream, midstream and downstream markets - minimum of 3 years working with end users, engineering, industrial contractors and key distribution channels. You are an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, have strong leadership and enjoy working independently. Educated and technically minded, you have a track record of sales growth and developing talent.**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Sales Management - Mentor & train your team; Ensure effective time management among the team in concert w/strategic direction; Drive team to maximize margin-
- Metrics & Reporting - Reporting as required; Performance to quota planning & execution; Price realization- Represent Hubbell professionally**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university - Business, Marketing or Sales
- 3 years minimum of either year’s related experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.
- Identifies & resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers & analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions.
- Driver’s license required

**Education**:

- Bachelors Degree- Associates Degree in Business or Marketing
