**Digital Marketing Assistant**

**Job description**

**About the Role**

Do you enjoy creating content for social media? Do you know how to get the most out of content? Are you brimming with ideas? Then, this position is for you At Superhairpieces, we are looking to add a member to our marketing team that is capable of creating and producing trending posts/videos for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

**Please include your portfolio**

**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- English fluency is required
- Knowledge of social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook), and social media advertising (Facebook/ Tiktok Advertising)
- Basic knowledge of DSLR, lenses, and videography tools
- Basic knowledge of Graphic Design
- Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, or other related fields preferred

**Assets**
- French fluency is an asset
- Knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing is an asset.
- Being comfortable speaking in front of the camera, explaining topics to our followers, etc.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Create social media posts and ads
- Create/host short educational/entertaining segments on social media.
- Track performance, analyze, and report on campaign analytics, conversions, and results to inform future strategies and plans.
- Create graphic pieces for social media like thumbnails, ads, etc

**Salary**: From $21 per hour

We are a beauty e-commerce company that has been servicing customers all over the world for over 20 years. We have warehouses in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and Sunrise, Florida, United States.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and employees are required to wear a mask all the time. Curbside pickup is available. Common surfaces and equipment are sanitized regularly.
