Located near Marché Central, Canadawide is a family-run business that has grown over the years and built a solid reputation in the Quebec fruit and vegetable industry.

Job summary

The incumbent will be responsible for selling fresh produce and developing long-term relationships of trust with customers. He/she will act as a consultant in every customer interaction, quickly building credibility and knowledge of local and exotic fresh produce.

**Specific responsibilities**
- Maintain lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Active listening to identify customer needs;
- Place purchase orders in our ERP system;
- Work closely with warehouse staff and planners to ensure proper order management;
- Perform any other related tasks that may help the department run smoothly.

**Working conditions**
- Flexible working hours;
- From 3am on weekdays and from 4am on Saturdays to 11am/midday;
- Standing work in the refrigerated warehouse with frequent movement;
- Computerized workstation, fixed or on a portable tablet.

**Sommaire du poste**

Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la vente de produit frais et de développer des relations de confiance à long terme avec ses clients. Il agira en tant que consultant à chaque interaction avec les clients en renforçant rapidement la crédibilité et en acquérant des connaissances sur les produits frais locaux et exotique.

**Responsabilités spécifiques**
- Maintenir des relations durables et vous assurer de la satisfaction client;
- Exercer une écoute active afin de bien cerner les besoins des clients;
- Placer les bons de commande dans notre système ERP;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le personnel de l'entrepôt et les planificateurs pour assurer la bonne gestion des commandes;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe pouvant aider au bon fonctionnement du département.

**Conditions de travail**
- Horaire de travail variable;
- À partir de 3am la semaine et à partir de 4am le samedi jusqu’à 11am/midi;
- Travail debout dans l’entrepôt réfrigéré avec déplacements fréquents;
- Poste de travail informatisé, fixe ou sur une tablette portable
