We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier Salesperson at Metro Avenue du Parc in montreal, qc, Canada. As a vital member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide information about promotions or special offers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

**Cash Handling**:

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Process credit/debit card transactions and provide receipts.
- Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Familiarize yourself with the layout of the store and the products we offer.
- Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and special offers.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

**Maintaining Cleanliness**:

- Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
- Monitor and manage the cleanliness of the checkout lanes.
- Team Collaboration:

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
