**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Identify and target potential clients in the construction industry who require edge protection / perimeter fencing solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in construction companies including contractors and project managers.
- Identify and analyze customers’ edge protection / perimeter fencing needs, and present product demonstrations and technical information to clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Participate in trade shows, training workshops, and networking events.
- Log details of customer interactions in the CRM system and complete all other required documentation.
- Develop a strong understanding of and stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions and competitor pricing/activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to exceed sales targets and deliver excellent customer service throughout the rental cycle.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- Qualifications and Requirements:_
- Proven outside sales experience within the Edge Protection / Perimeter Fencing industry.
- Strong understanding of edge protection systems, temporary fencing or related construction safety equipment.
- Comfortable viewing and understanding building blueprints to asses edge protection requirements.
- Valid G driver’s license and a clean or satisfactory driver's abstract.
- Highly driven for results with a customer and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as with a team.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Comfortable with computers.
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary diploma would be an asset but is not required.
