**Service Partnership Navigator**
Full-Time, One-year contract

**SALARY: $70,000**

**SUMMARY**:
The Children’s Aid Society of the District of Nipissing and Parry Sound is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team in the capacity of Service Partnership Navigator. This position will enhance our organization's service delivery by conducting detailed community and service scans. This role focuses on identifying strategic partnership opportunities, facilitating cost-saving agreements, and developing frameworks to ensure sustainability and efficiency in operations. The Navigator will also support the implementation of pop-up summer programming and data collection initiatives. All actions are performed according to the vision, mission, values, and overall strategic direction of PARNIPCAS. This position is outside of the Bargaining Unit.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct an environmental scan of existing agency assets, space, and service pressures and needs.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives, and potential for partnerships in redeveloped spaces within 140 Elmwood.
- Conduct a community scan of services and businesses that cross-over for the agency's client population's needs and operational needs (housing, food security, mental health supports, cleaning supplies, moving companies etc.)
- Formalize a network of partnership opportunities and outline the risks and benefits of partnering or dedicating purchasing to our services.
- Create a framework and process for ongoing review of service and organizational needs so that future business and service partnerships can be triggered automatically.
- Assist in building capacities in municipalities in partnership with 140 Elmwood for scheduling pop-up summer programming.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS**:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Consideration will be given to other qualifications or experience deemed equivalent by the Executive Director.
- Knowledge of all current and relevant policy and legislation both in child welfare and education.
- Experience in partnership management, community engagement, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the local community and social services landscape.
- Proven ability to collaborate and maintain positive partnerships with all relevant key stakeholders aimed at building strong, sustainable relationships and supporting constructive and creating problem resolution.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Satisfactory Police Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening is required.
- Satisfactory Provincial Child Welfare Check is required.
- Valid Ontario class “G” Driver’s Licence and vehicle is required.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
