Inbound Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries from potential customers
- Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Preparing day to day orders
- Managing warehouse invintory
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and growth
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
