We are a fast paced, exciting, and fun organization - located in beautiful Headingley**

**THE JOB**
- You are able to withstand the heat and humidity of a greenhouse for a full 8-hour shift.
- Maintaining the needs of the crops in the greenhouse, watering, cutting back, and transplanting.
- Upholding the greenhouse appearance in your department and outlying areas of your department.
- You are punctual, and flexible with scheduling to the needs of the business, including weekends and evenings.
- You are able to lift and carry heavy objects and be on on your feet 7-8 hour shifts.
- You have a natural willingness to learn about plants and their needs.
- Performing daily duties and following through to ensure that tasks are completed to the manager's satisfaction.

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Knowledge of plants is preferred but not required.
- You must have a vehicle or means of transportation to Headingley, as there is no local bus service to our location.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Maintaining a positive staff morale by encouraging and working well with your teammates.
