**Overview of Responsibilities**:
As a Supervisor your main focus will be superior customer service delivery for a number of WGI companies, specifically in the consumer electronics and appliance space. This role will focus on the continued development of the adjudication team through training, coaching, auditing, ongoing referral and support.
**Specific Duties**:
**Supervisory**
- Coaching of Adjudication team members to ensure consistent quality of claims
- Assigns claims for follow up as necessary to ensure timely service delivery and follow up is completed.
- Responsible to assist in setting, tracking and achieving of service level targets.
- Handling complex claims issues and good will claims resolution.
- Resolving and responding to posted complaints such as google reviews for BBB.
- Working with stakeholders to facilitate delivery of service and to resolve any dealer related issues.
- Liaising with accounting for claims payment related issues.
- Telephone Escalations - direct transfer or callback
- Claim Audits 3 per agent per month.
- Responsible to assist with scripting and training of third party contact centre
- Primarily responsible for training material and forms for use for P3 adjudication team
- Work with other leadership members to implement training of new processes, programs and procedures
- WIZA Authorization Limit $2000
- WIZA Authorization Level - High (can modify contract dates, servicer profiles, void certificates)
- Communicate with Manager regarding staff performance.
**General**
- Perform other related duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time
- Maintain general knowledge and understanding of all products and services.
**Competencies Required**
- Familiarity with the consumer electronics and appliance space an asset
- Experience in claims adjudication an asset
- Bilingualism in French and English an asset
- Experience in training an asset
- Experience in coaching and development an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
