BRR Logistics is a leader in frozen goods distribution and warehousing. We service all of Ontario as well as areas across Canada. BRR Logistics is a company that continues to grow year after year and recently moved into a new larger warehouse just to keep up with customer demand. The products we distribute are common house hold name brands, and we deliver to all the big banner grocery stores as well as to the local independent stores.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generates and develops value-added business with existing clients to meet specified
production goals
- Maintains and develops client relations for new and larger established existing clients,
assuring all existing clients are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and
develop need-based marketing relations
- Develops customer relations including but not limited to sales leads, research, warm
calls, cold calls, qualifying leads, and customer service
- Closely interacts with customer service and compliance team
- Develops and implements a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase
revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts
- Grows existing accounts and prospective clients to full potential and generates
maximum revenue on long-term basis
- Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event
reports and analysis
- Monitors new product launches and develops strategy to promote new products within
the territory
- Analyzes existing and anticipated client needs and promotes company services to meet
such requirements
- Manages the preparation and implementation of sales and business development
- Develops sales documentation including but not limited to spreadsheets,
correspondence, sales proposals, presentations and internal paperwork for new
customer proposals and presentations
- Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Plans and manages sales territory
- Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services,
and policies and procedures to new and existing clients
- Continually gathers information on local competition and prevalent industry and
business climate within the region; communicates information to management and
others as needed
- Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings
- Implementing, maintaining and auditing sales and merchandising programs of our
suppliers or our company
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Starting Salary : $42,500 +

Must have Class G Drivers License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Monthly Vehicle allowance + Fuel Card
