**HealthOne Medical Centre**, conveniently located a short distance from the North York Centre Subway Station and steps away from Mel Lastman Square, is currently seeking a full-time **Rehab Administrator **to provide high-quality patient care to our growing community

**Job Summary**

In this exciting opportunity, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice. The key responsibilities of this role will include assisting with administration duties and patient interaction, including but not limited to, scheduling, payment processing & insurance billing, promoting services, and collaborating with the clinicians within your scope, all while ensuring top-notch client service.

**Schedule**

20-30 hours per week, between Monday to Saturday.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage compassionately with all patients ensuring that they feel heard, accommodated, and encounter a 5-star experience at all times.
- Efficiently handle front desk tasks with pristine detail, including but not limited to optimizing schedules, appointment confirmations, insurance billing and payment, and patient data entry.
- Contribute to smooth clinic flow and overall success of the business by providing reliable administrative support, adhering to policies & procedures and participating in goal achievement.
- Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients’ experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of Rehab and/or Wellness Administration/Reception experience.
- Strong client service skills and impeccable communication skills.
- Solid work ethic, organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery.
- Self-starter, motivated by goals, and eager to wear multiple hats to be able to grow with us.
- Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using a CRM/EMR, specifically Jane software.
- Ability to work the hours required (evenings and Saturdays).

**Nice to Have**
- Post-Secondary education in Kinesiology or a similar topic.
- In-depth knowledge of orthopedic devices & passionate about their benefits.
