**HealthOne**is seeking** Dental Administrators**to join our team

**HealthOne Dental**is one of eight departments found at each of our locations and is made up of a unified team of dental professionals eager to address each patient's unique goals. We are currently equipped and proud to provide our community with a variety of procedures from routine dental exams & hygiene services to cosmetic & emergency treatments. As such, we are looking for dedicated professionals with a passion for the Dental industry.

**Job Summary**

In this exciting opportunity, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice and a positive experience for all visitors of our Dental department. The key responsibilities of this role will be centered around efficient & detail-oriented completion of administrative duties, all while ensuring top-notch patient service.

**Schedule**
- We are looking for someone that is able to join us in a full-time capacity (35-40 hours per week) within our operating schedule
- Weekend availability is required

**Responsibilities**
- Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel welcomed, accommodated, and encounter a 5-star experience at all times.
- Efficiently handle all front desk tasks with pristine attention to detail, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing and payment, and data entry.
- Contribute to smooth clinic flow and overall success of the business by providing reliable administrative support, adhering to policies & procedures and participating in goal achievement.
- Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients’ experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.

**Compensation**
- $20-25/hour

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of previous Dental Administrator/Reception experience
- Strong client service skills and impeccable communication skills
- Solid work ethic, organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
- Self starter, motivated by goals and eager to wear multiple hats in order to grow with us
- Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using a CRM/EMR, specifically Tracker software
- Ability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs

**Nice to Have**
- Post-secondary education in Dental Administration or a similar topic
