**The Role**
As a key member of our team the Restaurant Manager ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, focusing on front-of-house management and daily operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. They are accountable for maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance, while handling financial management and collaborating with team members to develop standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations. The Restaurant Managers leadership, and commitment to high standards are critical to the success of the restaurant, and the role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute positively to our team and overall guest experience.
**Your contributions to the team include**:
- Provide excellent guest service at all times, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain the restaurant’s ambiance, cleanliness, and appearance before, during, and after service.
- Ensure the restaurant operates within financial targets, monitoring inventory, cost controls, and pricing strategies.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
**A few things we are looking for in a new team member**:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar position and leading a team.
- 4+ years’ progressive experience working in hospitality.
- Vision and ability to lead and motivate others.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and trends, create strategies for improvement, and take risks.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a demanding, multi-cultural, and diverse environment within required deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to create and promote a fun working environment.
- Proficient in Silverware POS System.
- Serving It Right Certification.
