**The Role**
As a key member of our team the Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, with a primary focus on front-of-house management and day-to-day operations. This position helps to maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance, while contributing to financial management and staff coordination. The Assistant Manager works closely with the team to develop and implement standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential in this fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Assistant Restaurant Manager must also be adaptable, thrive under pressure, and contribute positively to the overall guest experience and team success.
**Your contributions to the team include**:

- Support the delivery of excellent guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
- Assist in anticipating guests’ needs and work to exceed their expectations, promptly addressing guest feedback to resolve any issues.
- Help maintain the restaurant’s ambiance, cleanliness, and appearance throughout service, ensuring consistent quality.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in hiring, training, and supervising front-of-house staff.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

**A few things we are looking for in a new team member**:

- 3+ years’ progressive experience in the food industry.
- 2+ years’ progressive experience working in a supervisor or management role.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a demanding, multi-cultural, and diverse environment within required deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to lead and motivate others.
- Ability to create and promote a fun working environment.
- Experience in Silverware POS System.
- Serving It Right Certification.
