We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Product Coordinator** to join our team. Under the responsibility of the product manager, the incumbent is responsible for collecting information and coding new products into the system. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.

**Your role**
- Carry out product coding in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure follow-up with all teams involved so that deadlines are met.
- Participate in managing and updating the database.
- Collaborate with Designers and factories to identify and ensure the integrity of the information.
- Coordinate the collection of information, resolve problems related to data integrity and ensure data uniformity within the different departments involved.
- Perform all other related tasks.

- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate initiative, autonomy and resourcefulness.
- Have an excellent knowledge of English to deal with the foreign divisions.
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to learn new technology and software quickly.
- Have excellent typing speed and accuracy.

**Experience**:

- Hold a college diploma (D.E.C.) in administration or a related field.
- Have experience in information management and master data entry.

Nous recherchons un **coordinateur(trice) de produits** très organisé(e) et soucieux(euse) du détail pour rejoindre notre équipe. Sous la responsabilité du chef de produit, le titulaire du poste est chargé de recueillir des informations et de coder les nouveaux produits dans le système. Votre souci du détail et votre capacité à maintenir l'intégrité des données seront essentiels pour garantir l'exactitude et l'efficacité de nos processus de gestion des données.

**Votre rôle**
- Effectuer le codage des produits conformément aux normes de l'entreprise ;
- Assurer le suivi avec toutes les équipes concernées afin que les délais soient

respectés ;
- Participer à la gestion et à la mise à jour de la base de données ;
- Collaborer avec les designers et les usines pour identifier et assurer l'intégrité de l'information ;
- Coordonner la collecte d'informations, résoudre les problèmes liés à l'intégrité des données et assurer l'uniformité des données au sein des différents départements concernés ;
- Effectuer toutes les autres tâches.

- Posséder excellente connaissance de l'anglais pour traiter avec les divisions étrangères ;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des logiciels Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ;
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement les nouvelles technologies et les nouveaux

logiciels ;
- Posséder excellente vitesse de frappe et précision.

**Expérience**:

- Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'études collégiales (D.E.C.) en administration ou dans un domaine connexe ;
- Avoir de l'expérience dans la gestion de l'information et la saisie de données de base
