**Position**:
ARG Wholesale is looking for a Manager for our Edmonton location. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, operations, personnel leadership while ensuring all targets are met or exceeded.

**Responsibility**:

- Ensure direct reports’ performance is satisfactory
- Management of sales, labour, and cost of sales through coaching and follow-up with the team on pricing; calculating labour projections based on targeting daily sales.
- Scheduling staff
- Allocating tasks to all other positions and following up on their accountabilities.
- Sales building; creating a culture of sales building and ensuring positive sales trends.
- Outside sales calls with ARG Sales Manager, and internal sales building.
- Ensuring overall coordination of task, warehouse cleanliness.
- Minimize buyouts and complete purchase reconciliation.
- Assist Regional Manager with receivables.
- Assist with Recruiting and Training new staff.
- Sending various reports to department leads
- Pass on feedback to Purchaser regarding stock-outs, bad parts, etc.
- Hands-on assistance where needed; put glass away, etc. as needed
- Account maintenance, customer service, conflict resolution
- Broken glass impacting and policing; system recording and disposal
- Other tasks, projects, and objectives as outlined by the Regional Manager
- Operational
- Ensures location follows Company procedures and processes
- Completes store walks
- Timely completion of financial, personnel and operations record keeping
- People
- effectively communicates and liaises with internal and external parties
- assists with oversees staffing levels

- staff management, training and coaching
- Schedule staff efficiently and effectively
- Works closely with Branch Manager and Regional Manager
- Assist managers and back end staff accordingly

**Requirements**:

- Class 5 Driver’s License with good driving record
- Solid work ethic and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Displays a can-do attitude
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
