**The Role**
The goal of this entry level position is to introduce you to our different customers, channels and routes. This role will prepare you for the opportunity to move into your own sales territory where you will be responsible for growing the business by delivering high-quality customer service, increasing revenue with current portfolio and innovation by partnering with our clients.
As a sales representative you will be at the forefront of ensuring Hybis Brands presence on shelves and in fridges. From small independent shops to large scale shopping centers, creativity, relationship building, problem solving and hunger for success will be your guiding principles.
You will be reporting to the CEO of Hybis Brands.
**Key Responsibilities**
What you’ll be working on:
- Selling and executing national and local promotions by soliciting placement of incremental marketing equipment, displays and racks.
- Providing excellent service to assigned accounts; creating and maintaining goodwill with all customers.
- Effective ordering to eliminate out-of-stocks and out-of-date products.
- Executing our sales plans through selling, merchandising and building exciting displays to stimulate sales in an assigned territory.
- Conduct research to identify new leads and potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and new customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients (In-store samplings).
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Attend trade shows and travel to meet clients when needed.
- Represent Hibisberry at events and client location (Various store locations)
- Develop current and compelling content for our social media platforms.
- Ensure the proper handling and safe storage of all promotional signage and equipment

Who’s a Good Fit For The Team
- Bachelor's degree required;
- 1 - 2 years of customer service experience preferred;
- 1 - 2 years of selling experience, an asset;
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills;
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills;
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft;
- You have a valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to perform the physical aspects of the job involved in display building and merchandising our products
- Overnights may be required to relieve out of town routes
