**What Will You Do?**
- Ensure parts are ordered on a daily basis as per Supervisors and Technicians’ requests.
- Establish relationships with approved suppliers regarding ordering and pricing.
- Oversee that parts are billed out to work orders and that unrequired parts and cores are returned.
- Must be organized to keep records of orders and credits.
- Ability to maintain proper inventory levels
- Monitor repair order accuracy, both physical and electronic.
- Organize delivery or travel to pick up required parts or supplies to address urgent needs

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Efficient computer skills and an understanding of electronic parts inventory and ordering. Previous experience in this field is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, positive attitude, and team player
- Attention to detail and proven accuracy in previous positions.
- Valid Class G license.
- Must be willing to work safely, promote safety and adhere to company policies and regulations, as well, as engage in best practice of safety initiatives.

**Que ferez-vous ?**

S'assurer que les pièces sont commandées sur une base quotidienne selon les demandes des superviseurs et des techniciens.
Établir des relations avec les fournisseurs approuvés en ce qui concerne les commandes et les prix.
S'assurer que les pièces sont facturées aux bons de travail et que les pièces et les noyaux non requis sont retournés.
Doit être organisé pour tenir des registres des commandes et des crédits.
Capacité à maintenir des niveaux d'inventaire appropriés.
Surveiller l'exactitude des ordres de réparation, tant physiques qu'électroniques.
