As a Litigation/ Estate Administration Law Clerk at WSK Law, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in the preparation and management of family litigation, civil litigation, and estate administration files. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment while working alongside experienced attorneys who are passionate about achieving justice for our clients.

**Hours of Work**:
35 Hours/ Week, Monday - Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Court Filings: Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents with various courts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
- Document Review: Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents, contracts, and evidence to identify key information and discrepancies.
- Document Preparation: Draft and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Case Management: Assist in the organization and management of case files, deadlines, and court appearances to ensure cases are handled efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and other team members to strategize and develop case strategies.
- Demonstrating a professional attitude towards clients and co-workers,

**Skills**:

- Demonstrate strong organizational skills,
- Excel with oral and written communication,
- Exercise proficiency with Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel,
- Meet deadlines, and
- Take responsibility for their own performance.
