The Assistant Producer / Field Manager understands what it takes to deliver beyond expectations, you instill confidence in our clients projects while executing live events with the production and events teams - ensuring exceptional delivery of the day-to-day requirements of the program, achieving and reporting program KPIs, while wearing multiple hats to troubleshoot challenges as they present.

Your primary role will be on the ground management, including scheduling support, brand ambassador training, vehicle operations, storage and supply control, onsite logistics support and tour representation, assisting in scheduling and payroll management and communicating required truck maintenance/conditions.

**WHAT YOU DO**
- Supporting multiple client activations simultaneously across the country
- Assist with the activation schedule for upcoming tour which will include travel bookings and logistics planning supports
- Coordinate with vendors and venues, supervise Brand Ambassadors and provide insightful reporting on experience and KPIs of the activation(s)
- Event liaison between Field Teams, Store Owners, Tour Managers
- Review and validate drivers log + activation reporting from Tour Managers
- Excellent communication skills, ability to escalate risks that threaten production or event activations
- Event / XM experience with cross country tours
- Reporting to warehouse location once a week, capable of driving company vehicles and comfortable maneuvering large vans in maintenance emergency and situations

**WHO YOU ARE**

You are thriving in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn while traveling across the country and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty to demonstrate how to get the job done to infield teams.
- A min 2-5 years of XM agency experience in managing national tours
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma focusing on Marketing/Advertising or equivalent
- Previous Tour/ Brand Ambassador experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets + Docs
- Events schedule will include evenings, weekends, holidays
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record, Bilingual is an asset
- Travel as required across Canada, assisting with event set-up & tear-down
- Bilingual English / French (written and spoken) considered a strong asset
