Responsibilities:

- Accurately input and update data in our computer systems.
- Perform data verification and quality checks regularly to ensure accuracy
- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- File and organise documents and orders both physically and electronically.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

**Salary**: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Surrey, BC V3W 2V3 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Surrey, BC V3W 2V3: Relocate before starting work (required)
