**Position Summary**:
The incumbent will be responsible for creating documentation for the back end of our Student Information System and associated reports to support reporting work being done by the Institutional Research team and the Strategic Enrolment Management Team

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build a data dictionary for the Banner Student Information System (SIS) that provides the following:

- Document the backend schema and tables in Banner
- Identify and define all data fields in Banner, including which tables they are found
- Create documentation as needed for Reporting tools drawing on Banner data
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a minimum of a two (2) year post secondary program in Computer Science or equivalent. (2 years of study required)
- Strong understanding of SQL Data Warehouse architecture
- Expertise in querying SQL data
- Familiarity with data documentation processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
