We are currently on the lookout for a General Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in driving forward sales strategies and nurturing a culture of high performance within our new franchise location.

**Position Overview**:
The General Sales Manager will direct our sales operations, develop sales strategies, and lead our sales team towards achieving exceptional sales targets and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, promoting a culture of success and ethical sales practices.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in automotive sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales within the automotive space.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
