**Overview**

As a Client Manager, your role will be crucial in driving our success. Your responsibilities will go beyond increasing our revenue and reputation, as you'll also play a pivotal role in helping our customers and clients enhance their profitability. You'll take charge of our initiatives in the mid-market sector, focusing on an assigned customer list. Additionally, you'll serve as a consultant to clients, providing them with a range of solutions to help them improve productivity, efficiency, and reduce costs.

**What you'll do**
- Achieve specific targets for Equipment Sales Revenue, Managed Print Services Revenue, and Modern Workplace
- Provide superior account management to existing accounts
- Establish and build relationships at executive levels with key decision-makers
- Prospect, develop, and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders within accounts
- Contribute to the development and implementation of short term and long term account strategies
- Develop a detailed understanding of your client’s strategic business objectives.
- Communicate the West X Business Solutions value proposition to key executive level contacts and decision makers.
- Follow strategic account management process that may include Opportunity and Account Reviews, Sales Plans etc.
- Maintain a certain level of high impact activities (client scheduled meetings, quarterly client reviews, full office assessments, technology/software demonstrations, proposals and high-level executive presentations).

**Requirements (if you’ve got these, we want to speak with you)**
- 2 years of business to business sales required
- University degree preferred.
- Proven, consistent performer.
- Effective communication skills, strong business acumen and financial skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and results oriented.
- Able to operate effectively, independently and in a team environment.
- Able to sell strategically and in a consultative manner.
- Ability to manage and collaboratively strategize complex sales situations.
