**About Us**:
Ottawa Health: Performance and Rehabilitation is multi-disciplinary healthcare composed of Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Massage Therapy. We focus on rehabilitation and private medical services.

**Responsibilities**
- Booking appointments, registering patients, collecting payments and following up with patients
- Greeting clients as they enter the clinic prior to their appointment
- Providing administrative support primarily to our Nurse Practitioner but also other practitioners as needed
- Following up with patients once follow up appointments are needed
- Assist our Nurse Practitioner with sterilization of medical equipment
- Regular janitorial tasks such as disinfecting, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy and professional work environment

**Skills and experience**
- **Must be fluent in English. **Speaking Ukranian is an asset
- Experience working with Acurro EMR is an asset but not required
- Experience working in a healthcare facility
- Proficient in Microsoft office, outlook, and Gmail
- Excellent customer service skills
